Lotte Sluiter
Lotte is an energetic marketing consultant at Capgemini where she bridges business with technology within the customer engagement suite, specifically in her interest area of loyalty. So how do you come from a strategy into specific requirements and processes to eventually implement the best technology fit for a company or brand.
As a former athlete she has a goal-oriented mindset, where she pursues a personal mission: to improve the quality (of life), both on a business level for clients and end-customers as on a personal level.
Rob Wilbers
Rob, holding a Masterβs degree in Communication and Information Sciences from Tilburg University, is a results-driven digital transformation leader with over a decade of expertise in marketing & sales, IT, and customer experience.
Currently, Rob serves as the Digital Sales Experience Manager & Global Lead CRM at DSM-Firmenich, where he leads several digital initiatives for the Animal Nutrition & Health unit. In this role, he specializes in CRM transformation, customer 360 strategies, and enhancing digital sales tools and reporting overall. Rob is a strategic thinker with a large focus on business growth by elevating both employee and customer experiences.
At DSM-Firmenich, Rob held several key roles, including Digital Solution Architect for Marketing & Sales and Manager of Digital Marketing Platforms & Tools. In these positions, he was responsible for M&S architecture and worked on several initiatives directly impacting customer and employee experience. Prior to joining DSM-Firmenich, Rob gained extensive experience at Signify and Philips Lighting, where he played crucial roles in digital marketing strategy, (digital) service delivery, and project management.
As Chairman of the B2B Digital Marketing Association in the Netherlands, Rob facilitated the sharing and discussion of current practices and future trends among senior marketing professionals.

Robin is a Registered Customer Experience Management Professional (RCEMP) and he helps organizations embrace innovative techniques in their own customer contact environments, call centers and contact centers. With the goal of achieving a customer-friendly organization; because good πππππππ is the new πππππ! He advises VodafoneZiggo on Customer Experience and Cloud ContactCenter services and is CX ambassador for Vodafone Business.
